Synopsis
Chapter starts with Anubis reminiscing of when Jormungand were young. Anubis acknowledges his strength but asks if he can swear TRUE loyalty to the king. Jormungand replies that the king gave equal opportunity to all races and he will give everything for a king like this. Nil and Jormungand continue fighting and Anubis asks him why he came, for he had to stay and protect the city and the king. Jormungand replies that it was the kings command for him to protect his friend. Jormungand manages to hurt Nil, and Nil escapes. Anubis and Jormungand decide to follow Nil back to Fenrir. Sali wakes up to find Fenrir struggling in his sleep. Sali reaches to touch him and wakes him up. Fenrir asks if she feel’s pity for him. Sali answers back saying that they are somehow alike, from being with family to being cut off (had problem with this part t-t), but she still hates the way he thinks. Fenrir then senses someone near the border. Land has found them!
