i don't know but i can't view any chapter of akatsuki no yona from here , so i wanted to ask what's the problem ?

mm, well there technically shouldn't be any problems with viewing the scans. By clicking the link it should automatically take you to the dropbox website for you to be able to view them. As for the disabled downloads, I put that on purpose, so no one would be able to download or save the scans.
